Employee Spotlight: Henry Marshall Jr. – 10 Years of Dedication
At Williams Form Engineering, we take pride in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our team members. This June, we celebrate a major milestone for Henry Marshall Jr., who marks 10 years with our company at our Pennsylvania facility.
Henry wears many hats on our team working as a welder, saw operator, and assembler—but his career journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Before joining Williams, he spent 19 years as a locomotive engineer, a role that speaks to his discipline and precision. Prior to that, he worked as a welder for 2.5 years and as a warehouse associate. Henry even took on a leadership role here at Williams, serving as a 2nd shift supervisor in the past.
When asked about his proudest achievements, Henry highlights two major milestones: his six years of service in the U.S. Army and his long career as a locomotive engineer. His commitment and perseverance shine through in everything he does, making him a valued member of our team.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys fishing, attending church, and singing in the church choir. He’s also a car enthusiast, with a passion for all things automotive. And if you ask about his dream destination? Without hesitation, he’ll tell you he hopes to visit Hawaii one day.
Henry, thank you for a decade of hard work, leadership, and dedication. We are grateful to have you as part of the Williams Form Engineering family and look forward to many more years together!
