Celebrating 10 Years of Dedication: Spotlight on Greg Woudstra

At Williams Form Engineering, our success is built on the hard work, creativity, and commitment of our team members. This month, we’re proud to celebrate Greg Woudstra, who is marking an impressive 10 years with the company!

A Decade of Growth and Leadership

Greg joined Williams in 2015, and over the years has made a lasting impact in both the MCP (Manufacturing Custom Products) and Strand Departments. His dedication and leadership have been instrumental in helping his teams meet and exceed customer expectations, particularly through his contributions to the San Diego warehouse, where he’s helped improve workflow and fulfillment efficiency.

Known for his innovative mindset, Greg has gone above and beyond to make manufacturing processes more efficient. One of his standout accomplishments has been designing and building custom work benches and tables that have streamlined operations across multiple departments.

From Michigan to Manufacturing Excellence

A Michigan native, Greg attended Royal Oak High School and went on to study at Lawrence Technological University, where he strengthened the technical foundation that would support his career at Williams. His engineering skills, paired with a practical, hands-on approach, have made him a key contributor to our production success.

One statistic that perfectly illustrates Greg’s dedication: he has personally built and grouted close to 50,000 anchors during his time at Williams, an incredible milestone that speaks to his consistency and work ethic.

Beyond the Shop Floor

Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing pool, bowling, and watching sports, and he’s a self-proclaimed pizza lover by nature. When asked to share a fun fact, Greg’s sense of humor and humility shine through, he doesn’t just work hard; he finds joy in the process.

His favorite quote sums up his grounded perspective on life and teamwork:

“Two wrongs don’t make a right.”

A True Example of Williams Pride

Greg’s 10-year milestone is a testament to his commitment, leadership, and craftsmanship. His contributions have helped strengthen our operations, support our customers, and uphold the Williams standard of quality and reliability.

Please congratulate Greg Woudstra on this outstanding achievement and thank him for a decade of excellence. We’re grateful to have him as part of the Williams team and look forward to many more years of success together!
