Celebrating 20 Year Milestone:

This year, we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone, Crissy Kline’s 20th anniversary with Williams Form Engineering. Two decades of dedication, consistency, and heart is no small achievement, and Crissy’s journey is a great example of what long-term commitment and adaptability look like in action.

From Day One to “WFEC Lifer”

Crissy joined Williams Form Engineering while finishing her studies and has been a part of the Inventory Control team ever since, by her own words, becoming a true WFEC lifer. Over the years, she’s navigated full-time and part-time roles, briefly stepped away to focus on family, and ultimately worked her way into an Inventory Control Manager position. Today, she’s balancing work and life by contributing one day a week while raising three young kids, proof that careers don’t always follow a straight line, and that flexibility matters.

The Brain Behind the Numbers

If there’s one thing Crissy is known for, it’s her ability to make sense of complex data. Her day-to-day work revolves around inventory analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement, month-end and year-end reports, drops analysis, and developing new tools to help Williams better understand where inventory should be heavier, lighter, and leaner.

One team favorite? The Sinorock In-Out tracking document for the NDHB line, just one example of how Crissy quietly builds tools that make everyone’s job easier. While she’s received praise for her reporting work, Crissy humbly chalks it up to “doing her job in a way that makes sense.”

Growth, Family, and Perspective

Crissy holds a BS in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, and her strengths, deductive reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving, shine through in her work. She’s also had a uniquely family-centered journey at Williams, having worked alongside her mom for more than 16 years before her retirement and continuing to work with her sister and brother-in-law today.

Outside of work, Crissy’s world revolves around her faith, her husband Andrew, and their three kids. She’s passionate about running, staying active, and embracing the joyful chaos of parenthood. Becoming a mom deepened her love for working with kids and reinforced what matters most to her.

Crissy’s advice is simple but powerful: “Start your day in the Word”, and as her friend Alicia said, “Remember that everyone has a story.”

Looking Ahead

Twenty years in, Crissy’s impact is undeniable, and her story is still being written. We’re grateful for the consistency, care, and thoughtfulness she brings to Williams Form Engineering, and we’re excited to have her continue the journey with us.

Thank you, Crissy, for 20 incredible years, and counting.
