Washington across from downtown Pittsburgh required rock bolting for slope stabilization. Baker Engineers liked the Spin-lock system for its proven ability. The contractor wanted the use of our All- Thread Rod since the rock strata could require lengths to be field Determined. The Spin-lock Anchors were used as an immediate emergency repair under the Ft. Duquesne Incline.
