In preparation of closing the Ft. Put Tunnel & Bridge alternate routes had to be up graded with shoulder imbrouements and slope resediation. The slope repair included catch fall netting cabims and rock bolting. Much of the slope was cut back at a grade not requiring rock bolting. Their were some critical areas where that was not possible due to proximity of property lings and heicneror slope. Williams All-Thread Rod was selected due to service and pricing. The Continuous All-Thread provide the ability to field cut due to variations of embedment. The rock was sound with good recovery which provided effective for use with resign cartridges.
