When a real estate deal in Colorado Springs required an immediate solution to secure a deteriorating garage foundation and retaining wall, Williams and Engineer Phil Weinert suggested the use of the Manta Ray anchor system. The Williams impact driven Manta Ray mechanical soil anchor was chosen to provide the necessary earth pressure resistance, on approximately 5 ft. spacings. The unique anchor allows contractors who have access to an impact breaker, to install a permanent ground anchor, with proof load capability built into the installation procedure on every anchor.
